How It Works

STEP 1. Application
To see if you qualify for a tax refund, you will need to fill out our online application form. This will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and you will need to make sure you have the below items ready
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• IRD Number
This is a necessity so we can access your details through IRD.
• Photo I.D

To verify who you are - A Passport or Drivers License will be sufficient.
• Bank Account Number

For your EZ Tax refund to be deposited into.
STEP 2. Processing
Once we have all the information we need, we calculate if you qualify for a tax refund. If you do qualify for a tax refund we will submit your Personal Tax Summary (PTS) to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) . If you don’t qualify for a tax refund and it turns out that you owe IRD tax, we will withdraw your submission immediately. Remember, no refund = no fee.
STEP 3. Refund
If it turns out that you are eligible for a tax refund we complete the process from our end and send your refund via your choice of cheque or direct credit to your bank account, minus our fee.
